Qualifications

Strong experience with Shopware development, including experience with custom plugin development, integrations, and customization of the Shopware platform

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor other developers, including providing technical guidance and support to team members.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex challenges.

Fluency in German, as you will be working closely with German-speaking stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

A passion for delivering high-quality code and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Shopware and e-commerce technology.

Experience with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Familiarity with front-end web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with database design and management.

Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, and experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
